"This has been the worst experince I have ever had with a internet seller. I ordered a Linear wireless reciever from this company on april 4th,they took the money out on the 6th.Not having recieved the part in over 10 days I called to see what the status was and get a tracking number,to be told it had not been shipped as of yet.I asked why I had not been sent info on there being any delay or trouble. In todays business world if you make a customer wait you may lose their business, not a good thing for a small independent company this can not happen.Then person I talked to on the phone had no answers just "I don't know" was all he could say. The next day after calli9ng and sending a cancellation fax, as I was told by this representative.I then recieved a email with a tracking mumber. Too little to late.If the package does show I am immediatly sending it back. I hope that you have the common sense to do the right thing and refund the money as fast as you took it."
