"They took $350 for a travel golf bag and never delivered. They ignored every email and call I made to them. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do not do business with these guys. The positive reviews must be fake."
"Long story short, My order confirmation and tracking number was sent via email. Checked the number and USPS status said Label created awaiting package. That status never changed over the 4 weeks of trying to get some response from customer service. On my 5th week I found out I could dispute the charge and order threw PAYPAL since I used them to pay. Only then was a able to receive a refund after another few days. Close to 6 weeks of trying to get some response from their customer service.
I would NEVER RECOMMEND this site."

WORST Customer service I have ever experienced.
ordered on September 25th. Two weeks went by.. nothing, called customer service ( what a joke)! was told what I ordered, 300.00 golf bag, was no longer available in that color. Was sent three new options. Picked one with in the hour via email. received email back. would ship right away. 1 week later, no shipping info yet? I emailed same person to cancel my order, also called and left a voicemail to cancel my order to customer service( what a joke)! No response from any one. Next day sent another email, asking to please respond to my email ( is that to much to ask?). Meanwhile, found one locally, husbands Birthday present, needed it now!
4 days later received an email from someone else, good news your item shipped. Emailed them back within a minute, I CANCELLED THIS ORDER! They responded, with, when, how, did I get a confirmation! LOL! responded with all my emails attached. No, I did not get a confirmation, because no one would respond! Have yet to receive a response to that email.
Then two days later, package arrives! Oh, then I have to pay $71.00 to ship back my package and to get my refund. we shall see how long that takes!

"The very worst online seller experience I've ever endured.. I'm very familiar with the driver as my brother swings the same one and I instantly was impressed by what the club had to offer. However, don't purchase from "INTHEHOLE.com". I now understand that by in the hole they mean you're throwing your money in the hole. Its going on 3 months now. Never heard from seller, amazon said "running late" and adjusted the arrival date by one week. Meanwhile, they took my money just 2-3 days after the initial purchase with no intent to deliver on said package because 10 weeks later and no package and now they won't refund me either. "We called them the day we bought a $1,800 ebike from them to confirm some details about the warranty. The Bike was supposed to go out end of last week.
We called Monday of the following week, just because no shipping info had been updated. I called again later because they did not provide ANY information.
I talked to Michael and asked him to please call me back wit some info. He didn't, and he didn't sound like he had planned to. I called a third time and was finally given some info. They said, they couldn't provide any informations in regards to shipping because the bike was shipped by the company that produces the bikes itself, and that is was probably going to go out the next day.
So no email arrived and I called in the afternoon. Michael apologized, for not calling me back, he had to actually leave the office, all good (...) no Tracking number yet, but I was assured by him that there would be an Email TODAY. Well, there was an Email, with NO TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED. The info on their website has also not been updated.
We will call the bank and contact BBB to get our money back. "

They cancelled my order after they had charged my eBay account, saying the item was not available.
I wrote them asking them if other options of the aeroburner irons (which were to be a gift for my wife) were available as their website is still not updated to show the item is unavailable, so I could re order, and that refunds set me back due to the back to back exchange rate.
Ryan, a customer service rep, replied calling me a fraud and that he had notified the authorities.
I was so upset.
I can still feel my stomach turning.
