Horrible customer service
"Ordered a push cart which said was available. 1 week later I checked on my order status to find it was backordered. I called and talked to someone who told me that they dont know when it will be available. I asked about a more expensive push cart that said 1-2 days shipping. Guy said yes that is available, 2 weeks later my order is still processing. They certainly took my money quickly. About the only thing they seem to work at here. Find a different site to use"
