"I ordered an Internal/External 9 in 1 Card Reader USB 2.0 Silver (Pro9). The device was delivered on time and in excellent condition.
The product works exceptionaly except for when connecting to an internal USB connector on a PCI card (BUSlink) 4 external 1 internal USB port. The unit will work but turns itself off after a reboot. I have not been able to pinpoint the exact cause of this, so I am using the device externally.
As far as iocombo.com is concerned, I will be very happy to make purchases in the future.
I see a Metal Gear Box in my future.

"I ordered a 6-in-1 flash memory reader from ioCombo.com. They're web site indicated that the item was in stock, however, it wasn't shipped out until a week later. When I contacted their customer service number, they said they were waiting for a new shipment to arrive. So obviously the item was on back order and NOT in stock like the web site indicted.
The item I recieved was not very well packed. The box it came shipped in was barely larger than the retail box of the card reader itself. And the packing material consisted of a couple pieces or used label backing.
It took me a couple days of troubleshooting to realize that it was DOA, probably due to the poor packing job.
I have to say I was impressed with their e-mail support/customer service. The employee I corresponded with, Andy, replied to my emails in a timely manner. I was able to request an RMA and get a new card reader sent to me very quickly.
I'm undecided, whether I would shop there agian or not. I can't really make a conclusion based on this one purchase. I may try them again if I find something I need and the prices are good."

"I was sold the Asus m3000n laptop which was advertised as having an SXGA+ monitor and Intel PRO/Wireless 2100 Network Connection, both of which claims are false. I received the laptop with a dead pixel, and when I called to get the RAM installed into the OEM slot instead of the user expansion slot, they told me they would charge me 78 dollars, which I refused.
They later told me that they had spoken with ASUS and that opening up the laptop to install the ram myself would not void the warranty. I called ASUS and they assured me that this is not true. After complaining about the SXGA+ monitor, they changed the description on their website, and asked me to prove my claims.
If I had known I would not be getting the wireless card, the monitor would be the same resolution, the ram would be installed incorrectly and the customer support would be unfriendly and unhelpful, I definitely would have gone with somebody else. I spent 1500 dollars on a laptop that is not what I ordered and I want my money back. I don't want to ever have to deal with iocombo.com again."

I placed an order on-line Thursday night. Friday morning I received an e-mail that the case I'd ordered was out of stock. The e-mail contained images of a proposed replacement case.
I called and wound up speaking to Al (who'd sent the e-mail about the case) and gave him the go-ahead; I also asked if I could downgrade the shipping to UPS ground -- I found out they're just down the peninsula and ground would be cheaper and just as quick.
Al said it'd be no problem; and he also upgraded the PSU in the case to 400W from the 350W I'd ordered because of the hassle.
The only downside: the rear of the case had a little damage (not too bad); and the PSU arrived without a power cord."
