Even though my one time experience was not a good one, I have communicated with their representative and believe that they made an honest mistake. It is not their policy to oversell inventory. They are a new company and should not be condemned for one mistake.
I will give them a second chance.

"I have recently had the pleasure of ordering a few products from this company - and I must say - the service was unmatched.

Here is my story:

I found a link to this website for a promotion on Eumax products (cables, Cath lights, etc)

I was hesitant to order from this company - as I had never heard of them before - and had checked their rating here. Needless to say, their rating was impressive enough for me to place an order.

I ordered two Cold Cath Tubes with Sound Switches - just for fun. When I got my confirmation e-mail, I saw that my shipping median was not what I had ordered. Immediately - I sent an e-mail to their support address inquiring (it was approximately midnight). That very next morning -- I had a response from Duke Yoshiwara -- informing me they had actually upgraded my shipping for me - providing me with a tracking number and insurance. Wow - a quick response and a pleasant surprise. Very Nice.

Once the package arrived - I installed the lights into my computer and experienced a problem -- one of the cath lights was DOA. Being a ceritifed hardware engineer - I did everying in my power to fix it - rather than deal with RMA's (which typically are very painful). I went on their webiste - and to my surprise - was provided with several means in which to get in contact with someone (a rarity in the ecommerce business). That next morning - I spoke with Al - via an instant message conversation - and was told that they would just send me a new light -- with no need to return the defective unit --rather than go through the RMA process. Unheard of.

Therefore - let me close with this:

Obviously they are concerned about the customer - and provide the highest level of customer service that I have experienced.
