"Bought a system from them March 2022. The thing is an absolute BEAST and solid as a rock. Got NO complaints there. They even got it built to my specs and delivered to my house EARLY. Just this last week had my FIRST issue with the system. Cooling fans and RGB on my video card (EVGA 3080), well one fan quit and the RGB went down. Called their customer support. Talked first to Mackenzie then to Spencer. Both urged me to send the card in for RMA, Did that, and I guess the card was sicker than everybody thought, because they're replacing it with a 4070ti, at no cost to me. From sales to customer support, the service her has been absolutely STELLAR. I could NOT recommend them more. On a side note, once AGAIN they came through early and on target. Card was delivered 3 days BEFORE I was expecting it. As above, their sales and service is AHEAD of schedule and on target."

"I was in the market to buy a gaming PC for my 14 year old son for Christmas. I knew absolutely NOTHING about what I needed. I called into Ironside and a technician walked me through every line item of the build. He explained the benefits of each upgrade and never tried to up sell me. I am so thankful he took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. When I reached out to get an approximate delivery date customer service informed me there was a slight delay due to a part being discontinued. They substituted the part with a newer version and got it in the mail the same day!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ironside. "I bought my custom PC from Ironside about 4 years ago. The ordering process was straightforward enough, but about six months after owning the PC, I noticed more and more crashes and BSODs. I contacted their tech support and ran through a number of possible fixes - none of which solved the problem completely. About six months ago, I finally took my PC to a third-party repair shop and found out the bios hadn't been updated and the boot drive was faulty. Once a new boot drive was installed, the crashes disappeared entirely. I don't think I would purchase another PC from Ironside. While I'm happy with my PC now, it's evident their QA is not up to snuff, and for the prices they charge - there's really no excuse for that. "

"Around a year ago I was able to purchase a custom desktop from Ironside. The computer took about a month to build and ship to my house. Since I have had my computer, everything has been going completely smoothly. Although, a few months ago, I noticed a strange noise coming from the CPU cooler, and I emailed them about it. "I’ve always wanted a gaming pc for the longest time. Last year that dream came true when I was finally able to get one. Having no knowledge of gaming pcs or anything about pcs in general, I was completely in the dark. However, I remembered an ad I had seen on some YouTube video a long time ago about Ironside Computers. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to look at there website and the more I saw the more I wanted to try their services out. I decided that I would give them a chance and I started to build my pc on their website. But then I encountered a problem. I had no idea what I wanted, and I had never even heard of some of the terms that were being thrown around. I was so confused until I saw that they had a customer service page. I decided I would email them and see if they were willing to help me out. The people I spoke to over email were very patient with me even though I had no clue what I was doing. They were always very willing to help me out and troubleshoot any problems that were in my way. They were very quick and efficient. After talking with many different members of their team I was able to figure out what I wanted and I had a pc tailored to my needs. I ordered the pc and it arrived a lot quicker than expected. I was so nervous opening the package, but everything was alright. There wasn’t a single scratch or dust particle on anything. It was in perfect condition. I was worried that it would be damaged during shipping after I heard stories from other people who ordered prebuilts. I was happy to realize that it was ready to go right out of the box, after plugging it up and turning it on it was ready to go, I didn’t have to download any software or anything, they had already had it ready for me and even told me if I had anymore questions to just ask them. The pc turned out to be amazing and the even ended up contacting me a year later to see how everything was going. Overall my experience with them has been incredible, I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"First off I've enjoyed the PC that I got em from them it worked wonderfully. Now as for why 4 stars instead of 5 at the start I had quite a few issues with it and had to send it back to them about 2 times. The first time it was because the GPU was causing my computer to randomly restart for no reason when I launched a game the second time I sent it back in for the same issue with the GPU after one of them saw it first hand and then they gave me a new GPU, however, I do not fully blame it on them as I got my PC in the time they moved to their new warehouse so a lot of things were all over for them. But other than the GPU it has worked great and it hasn't had issues since."
