"First off, I'd like to clarify that I found Ironside Computers through YouTube. Their videos kept popping up in my feed with the unique cases they had and I loved them. Over the years I'd see their stuff pop up here and there, then eventually, given the opportunity, I decided it was time to get one. I've now had my system for a year with the Eclipse case, and haven't had any issues. The one extremely minor thing that came up was cleared up quickly, which wasn't actually an issue to begin with. They're a friendly team that makes sure to communicate with you through the process should anything turn out to be incompatible or if anything comes up during the build process, and give you other options or solutions, as well as any necessary refunds during the process for price differences. I recommend them to all my friends looking to get PC's as well, because honestly, they don't charge much more than you'd pay to build it yourself, and you have the option to even get a unique case! Not to mention, it came quick and with enough protection that no matter who delivered it, it'd be in one piece."

"I decided to buy an Ironside computer mainly because of a streamer named Enardo I watched they had given him a computer which handle rust for him well. Picking Ironside was a very good decision because of the amount of care and quality you get from them their customer service is very timely(meaning they get back to you generally in less than 24 hours) and friendly. they are higher quality than standard brands so they charge a little bit more but its worth it in the long run because of the care Ironside has put into creating the computer. when I customized my PC and i made it so it could run absolutely anything but i had no clue on cooling systems they actually test your computer. putting it through quality control tests they found the current cooling system I had selected wasn't cutting it and it would pretty much ruin the computer they contacted me through email to let me know about the issue gave a recommendation on what they could do to fix it. this is a computer I am expecting to have for the next 7 years. I believe with Ironside it will last that 7 years. I'd suggest strongly if your unsure about getting a semi custom PC try Ironside with sites like amazon its a shot in the dark they'll send you the PC you build but if you have problems your going to have to return it to that company you got it from with ironside if they ship the PC it will be working and it will work great. by the way a bonus I'd recommend subscribing to their youtube channnel because occasionally they will do sales/giveaways and let people know through their social media and youtube."

"I ordered a laptop from this company and overall was very disappointed with it initially. I needed to send it back a couple times and continued to have issues with it starting a couple months after I got it. However, as my warranty was coming to an end and I was still having issues, I got a call from someone higher up in the company who let me know that they would be replacing my laptop instead of me having to send it in for repairs again. They even gave me a slight upgrade to make up for all the time that had been put into it. Throughout the whole process, nearly all of the staff was extremely helpful, kind, and thoughtful. Despite the issues I had with them initially, I can say that this is a company I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a pre-built PC or laptop. "

"I got this computer as a Christmas gift after using a little 10 year old laptop as my workhorse. The difference is amazing. The entire time they were building the computer they were always quick to respond if I had any questions and to give me any updates.
