I've used ironside once before - service was perfect back in 2017 and that hasn't changed today four years later in 2021!

I am using them again with the newest gen cards. Their service is unmatched, and I do not say this lightly. Ironside's website is user friendly, emails are answered timely, and the wait times on the phone are generally low,

Personal experiences:

Financing is straightforward. The vendors they use for that are friendly and I didn't have any issues when I used them for my first build.

My first PC, personally, had damage after it was shipped (nothing major, backports were a little warped). Ironside was understanding and documented it immediately; There never was never a moment where I felt like we disagreed on anything.

They've always looked to provide knowledge when there are potential issues - their techs are extremely knowledgeable and suggestions usually work. On the off chance tech support can't assist and it's faulty hardware, they will RMA your product thanks to the 3-year parts & 5-year labor warranty. The process is painless and straightforward.

When ironside took my PC in for repair for my PSU, they fixed the damage to the back of the PC. This was almost 3 years after the fact. They had my file documented and knew to look for that damage - that's amazing customer service!

Ironside was quick with repairs and honest about the timeline for repairs.

if you're looking for a company to form repeat business with, ironside's honestly the way to go.
