"I’ve been ordering from Ironside for my past two PC purchases. They have an incredibly user friendly website, community events, and most importantly, affordable prices and great customer support. When purchasing my first PC, The Fiend, a couple years ago, I had no knowledge of parts or specifications. The website shows the parts for people that know what they are looking for, but also show the games they are designed to run for people that don’t. I few months ago I decided I wanted to get one of their limited edition computers, I purchased the Matador and did research before hand to see how it compares to building it myself, It is only a couple hundred more to purchase prebuilt which I assume is just labor costs. The benefit of the prebuilt is that all the parts warranty’s are coming from the same place, so instead of dealing with several different warranty’s you only have to deal with one. With that being said, the computers are built to last and even my 2 year old fiend hasn’t had a single issue. I’ve recommended Ironside to all of my friends and 3 of them have purchased PCs of their own. "

They communicated with me quickly regarding personal alterations to my order, something they didn't have to do but were kind enough to. The computer arrived no more than ten business days, and two after with shipping over the weekend just as they stated on their site. The package arrived with some minor issues, where one hard line tube connected to the CPU block had come loose during shipping.
