"For years, I've tried to "save" money by purchasing refurbished parts, slapping what I could find into a Frankenstein's monster build. Finally, I'd like to point out Ironside's exceptional tech support. Although my desktop arrived in perfect condition, I screwed it up by getting greedy and adding more RAM from my old PC. Alex from Ironside tech support immediately recognized the problem from my vague description, and quickly emailed me concise, step-by-step instructions to take care of the issue and get back to gaming ASAP. I was even provided a how-to video, so I could see someone else perform the fix.

TL;DR Buy an Ironside. You won't regret it, as they exceed expectations by any metric. I'm tough to get a 5 star review from, but I tell you that this company deserves nothing less. "

"My wife and I have purchased two other systems besides this one. Every time the experience has been wonderful. Great customer service, great products, made with great parts and at a great price. They even held my order in store till they could get a 3080 to upgrade it from the 2080 I had originally ordered, then sent me reviews and benchmarks on the 3080 to make sure I wanted to go ahead with it, refunded me the difference in price (roughly $500 cheaper to go with a 3080) and have kept in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly with the system and to see if I have any questions. Their warranties are best in the business and we had to use an RMA on the first system as the vid card went out. No hassle no fuss, rma'd, replaced and returned. "
