My only complaint is not with the company but with FedEx. They didn’t deliver on the first 2 days they said they would and on the 3rd date, they left the rug at my back door. Thankfully it wasn’t raining and thankfully my neighbour saw it and took it in as I was going to be away from home for 3 days. Really pleased with the rug so far. "
