"I purchased a synthetic Bokhara knotted runner to replace a similar lovely wool runner which had significantly faded in the sun. I was concerned about ordering one which was not wool but I am delighted with my purchase. It’s a lovely rich colour and good quality and looks and feels lovely and was also good value. I had looked for a similar runner for ages and was very pleased to find a knotted one which seems quite hard to find.
I was also impressed by the amazingly quick delivery (within a week and tracked) especially as it came from the US.
I would definitely look to using i rugs again based on this experience and would recommend them."

"I ordered a rug end of December but didn't realise that this would come from the USA so I felt slightly uncomfortable not knowing how long it would take to arrive. I got notification fairly quickly and the rug was delivered yesterday. Only slight problem was that the rug had been folded rather than rolled so there are a few wrinkles in it but these have started coming out now the rug is in place. Really pleased with the rug and lovely colours."
