"I purchased a Mamluk 9 x 12 rug for my lounge. Took 7 days to arrive from the US. The whole order process is straight forward and having the ability to view rug in place via their website was more than useful to me.

The rug itself is even more vibrant than some of the pictures. Quality is excellent in my humble, but Im not an expert and accept we all have our own standard and thoughts.

I deliberated long and hard about buying from irugs.co.uk after reading some of the negative reviews about returns and contacting them. But theres simply not anything I like in the high street and online places so took a punt, glad I did, Lounge looks brighter and warmer for the new floor centre piece.

Only thing you should be aware of is that the rug of this size is rolled then folded for shipping, when unrolled it was quite bumpy and wrinkled. I just let it stand a while before flipping it over and steaming with a damp cloth… sat down a treat and helped me get to know it better. Don't be put off by this though, this is my experience and what I was prepared to do.

Ordering to delivery is as you'd expect these days.

The rug is way better than the pics imho.
