"My experience with iRugs has been very good. I ordered a rug to see what the quality was like and I was very pleased with it so I ordered a second one. Unfortunately when they delivered the second one I was out and the rug was left outside my front door without any note to say it was there. I rarely use my front door so it could have been there for ages or could have been stolen. Fortunately my neighbour saw it and took it in for me. No problem with iRugs, BIG problem with FedEx."
