"Bought a Santa Fe 6' x 9' rug. Very nervous because in practice couldn't send it back to USA or Switzerland - packing would have been an issue as well as everything else - so stood to lose £219 if it didn't work. But it did. I think its the detailed pictures on the website that matter because when it came it was just as I'd thought. Colours are exact. I had a good idea of the pattern, though some motifs look bigger in close up. Pattern isn't a big issue in this rug, colours are everything. "Not garish" as another person commented about it. It fits in the room like it has always been there. Packaging very good - it was rolled not folded, slight bumps are coming out weighted with books. TNT delivered 5 days early which I didn't expect, so maybe good idea to keep an eye on the tracking."
