"I worked with Tom to find a replacement for a light that was out of stock. Tom made direct contact with the manufacturer to get a status on availability and a possible replacement model. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to secure the replacement light and worked through the process until I was completely satisfied. We received the light within several days and also received a follow up call from Tom to make sure we were happy with the new outdoor lamp. Great experience. "
