"DO NOT USE this so called company. They use Fed Ex as their courier and do not require a signature for delivery. They claim my order for $1,631.90 was shipped with Fed Ex whom claims they left it at my front door. to my surprise there is no boxes at my front door and Jegs said there is nothing they can do about this. Fed Ex left it so we received it. Um sorry but NO WE DID NOT Receive it FED EX either kept it themselfs or someone took it from our porch. I will never use this company again and I am now going to report them to the FTC"

"DO NOT BUY FROM JEGS...JEGS SENT USED PARTS AND REFUSED TO TAKE THEM BACK..THEY ARE SELLING SECOND RATE BILLET WHEELS ..BROUGHT AT BULK RATE ... "This seller loves to advertise items it does not have at low prices.The only thing that happens are your monies are tied up for 2 weeks.Call 1-***-***-**** BEFORE you place your order to make sure they have the item before wasting your time.I checked the website and the discontinued item is still advertised.

"Ordered a Pro Cat-back exhaust system, which doesn't come with a tip, so ordered a tip as well. The system arrive in a damaged box that had been bent in half. The items were loose in the box with no padding. The system had a welded on tip that was scratched and dinted, so it appears that we were sent someone's returned item. Called Jegs and asked us to send email with pictures and they would take care of returning the item at their expense...never heard back from them. Called later about returning the unneeded tip and told we'd get a refund but shipping costs are on us. I don't feel like spending hours on the phone fighting this, it would have been nice just getting what I ordered. "

"WOW! I have never recieved a delivery so quickly! I placed my order on Wed afternoon, the product was shipped Wed evening and my daughter said it was at our door the next day at lunch. You cant beat that service! The price was better than any other online and the product was in good shape! they couldnt have done any better for us! OH AND FREE SHIPPING on a 6.99 item! WOW!"

"Do not buy Crager SS unilug wheels. You'll never get them balanced aand subsequent front end suspension components will be damaged. Possibly causing loss of steering injury and death. Not kidding. The vibration causing my A-arm bolt to fall out, A-Arm collasped, wheel titled inward at 30 degrees. Fortunately it happened at slow speed. THESE ARE JUNK MADE IN TAIWAN.
Iam out alot of. $$$$$$$.

"I placed an order that was supposed to ship about a week after I placed the order. In all that time, they never bothered to tell me they were out of stock and wouldn't be in stock for over a month and a half. I had to call to find out why I never got a shipping notification. Extremely unhelpful."

"I went into Jegs to get a simple shift knob only to find it had to be ordered from their warehouse. The one I wanted was white, but the guy said he would order a white one and a black one and call me the next day. He didn't call, so I called him and I was told it was in. I drive all the way back down there to pick it up and the white one was back-ordered and only the black one came in. Another wasted trip (12 miles each way) I'm not the least bit impressed with Jegs."

"I ordered my parts online. I found the powertrax part I needed cheaper on several other websites. They will price match. I copied and pasted the url from the lowest website with the correct part number to get the price match and received an email they could not match because they don't sell it? What? I found it in their catalog first and it was the same part number! Who are the idiots running the place. I called the toll free number and got put on hold for 20 minutes. I gave the person on the phone, the name of the idiot that sent me the email. The guy said the emailer was at lunch..right! Who goes to lunch at 2:45pm! They were just too embarrased to talk to me and it probably was the idiot on the phone. I explained the whole story and told the man to tell the idiot I will reply to his email with the link again and may sure you get it right this time! I received an email later on and they shipped the part that evening and I received it two days later. I spent all my time trying to save a couple of dollars. Next time I will just call on the phone because ordering online with a price match was a waste of all my time. I wasted over 3 hours hours sending emails, finding it cheaper online to price match, sending the order and phone calling. Their website would not accept my VISA card, so I had to use my Mastercard. I use my VISA to order online all day long and it would not accept it. Go figure? Yes, I put in the 3 digit number on the reverse side to verify and it has not expired, so that was not the problem! Their website apparently, won't work on a VISA card. I did return something many years ago because they screwed up after I gave them my make and model and the part clearly didn't fit or they shipped me the wrong number. I had to pay the return shipping and it was clearly their fault! First time I ordered from them in 6 years because of their screw up!. The only reason I even fooled with them is they were the only ones that had my part in stock. The other places had to order it from the manufacturer and it would take 1-4 weeks."

"I have used JEGS for about 10 years now, placing atleast 3-4 times a year. Unfortunately, they have been aweful lately, my last 2 orders contained used and or reboxed returned items which were all electronics. The factory security seals were ripped open, mounting hardware partially missing and obvious signs of use on the items, i.e, black spots from electrical arcing on the wires, male terminals had scratch marks showing they were installed. At first I thought maybe the marks were from factory testing but I checked other items in the same shipment still in new boxes and they did not show the same marks on the terminals. Needless to say I am very disappointed, I paid a lot of money for brand new items, not used items. Sending them back and requesting new replacements. I will use Summit Racing from now on."
