"So I was looking for some rims and tires for my 2000 lifted Cherokee. Jegs had the best price on my 31x10.5R15 Khumo at51 that I wanted, plus free shipping. I was going to order the Cragar soft 8's from Summit racing, but the price difference was negligible at Jegs. The Khumos show as available on august 1st to ship, so I call and confirm, and I am told yes they will ship august 1st. This is July 27th. I place the order and on august 1st, they send me an email the the new ship date is August 5th, no biggie 4 days. Then august 2nd the date moves to august 8th, So I cancel the order no biggie. In the mean time the rims show up, and every SINGLE rim is damaged. So I call and get an I'm sorry, but you have to send them back first and once we get them we can send out a replacement. No level of customer service other then what's obviously in a screen prompt in front of them, then they wonder why people outsource. If your going to do a crappy job might as well at least pay less for it. The woman then informs me when I ask why they were not packged better that if I want they can verify the product is not daaged before they ship them, and repackage to protect it.... So Wait..... Here I am giving you guys my trust and my money, and you cant even bother to check the product before it ships????? ARE YOU F*&^%NG KIDDING ME!!!!!>>

"ot happy and will truthfully probably never order from again. Package has not been delievered 5 days now. Called in and was giving a P.O.S."Rep" that was to help me find out why my order was not being delivered. This person countered every comment i said. persisted on speaking over top of me on the phone and not letting me speak. ANTONIO his name was rude and doesn't belong on the end of the phone. This rudeness and lack of compassion for my order leads me to blow up and go off as he deserved no respect. When i have a delays package you do not responded by saying" you did receive free shipping," you respond by contacting Fed"up"ex and finding out what the delay is for and why the package has sat at the delivery location for 3 days and not attempted to delivered. You then question and persist Fed-ex that due there lack of attempted deliverers that the package is delayed on there part and should be delivered on Saturday at there expense and lack of customer service. This is not how you do and not something that a paying customer to Jegs appreciates but if you going to hire untrained, uncivilized, and utmost "UN-AMERICAN" workers make sure they are trained. "I ordered a transmission torque converter that listed as in stock and to be shipped the next business day. They emailed me an order confirmation that listed it as backordered. I cancelled the order and re-ordered something else that was promised to be in stock. They charged me for both orders. I'm still jumping thru their hoops trying to convince them that I'm not going to roll over and let them charge me twice. This information is pulled right off the Jegs website and it is WRONG! I purchased this engine based on the information provided on the website and in fact this is a "Service Engine" not covered by a 3-Year/100,000-Mile Warranty! I found out about this after the fact when the oil pump went out on the engine and I called in for warranty work. They were quick to send me over to GM where I was told the news. When I called Jegs back, they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing or false advertising. They don't stand behind what they sell! They want you to believe that you are getting what the website says you are getting but the part number does not equal their description. "
"I ordered a molar rack n pinion conversion kit, the technical staff had no info about product, 3 weeks later the wrong kit arrived, sent that back, another week goes by (4 weeks now) I call them, spend half an hour on the phone to find that if you buy this kit you must also replace the k member (entire front suspension and frame) also ( they sell that too) so in the end I can say they begged me off, severely disappointing experience, no happy endings here. "Called Jegs to place a order for almost 2k. Ordering on the phone was a breeze. The guy helped me get correct parts that I needed for the order. After the transaction was complete, 20 minutes later I get a call for a strange number. At dinner now, I answered the phone cause I was curious who was calling. Apparently it was jegs calling me. The guy was high strung talking 100 mph about something I couldn't even understand. 2 minutes goes by trying to understand what the heck this dude is talking about. He asked me if I just placed a order through jegs. Of course I did. He was calling me because 1 of my cards needed verified and he needed me to give him my bank info. I basically said I was uncomfortable with this conversation and I'll call the 1800 number back. Hung up, and called the 1800 number. Lady I talked to said, yes 1 card needs verified and they needed the info about my bank. I said Nope. Not giving any information beside the normal. So ordered canceled. Now my money is tied up for 10 days, which means my project is on hold and my goal is screwed. Thanks a lot jegs. Should of just went to Summit like everyone told me to. Another life lesson learned today. Well, will never order online again. BTW the first time I ordered online. FAILED! People stop being lazy and get some fresh air and drive your lazy ass to the store to pick your parts up, sometimes its just to good to be true! Have a nice day."
"Don't believe a lot of what you read, I can provide more then $15000 worth of receipts on things Ive ordered from JEGS and never one problem. I had one instance where a gasket got under the flap of a box and thought they forgot to send it, after calling them they send me another free of charge. Ill rate their pricing moderate, but they have price matching so if you find it cheaper, you'll get it cheaper.

"I ordered two wheels from Jegs. They sent me my tracking number the next morning and the package was supposed to be on the truck and deliver on 12/10/14. I checked the tracking # and it showed that a delivery was made at 10:39 AM. We were not here but were back at 11 AM. No packages. I called FEDEX and JEGS. They said it would take 4 - 5 days to investigate it and if the driver shows it was delivered, then it was delivered. Not only will I miss a race but I am out the wheels and my $$$$. Jegs clearly does not care and I will not order from them again. "

I bought about 4 items from Jegs. Big to small.
The first item i bought was a flywheel .. kinda expensive.
Fedex shipped it pretty fast and i was satisfied with my order from Jegs. The 2nd item i purchased online had to be security checked which was 40$.. -BS- because the flywheel was way more expensive. They had to investigate it through with the bank. Thats right.. a 40$ pump... They care too much about security.
Then, it gets even worse. It got put on back order. When I saw it online it was "Available" for 40$. So i checked online again (wk later) to see it was there. Nope, it had been moderated with a different price.
By the end of the order ordeal i had been charged additional 15$ because of the change in pricing.

"I will never buy from Jegs again! I checked their site for a specific tire that was on backorder through everyone I checked. Jegs showed they had a pair in stock on their website but because of the nationwide shortage I called just to make sure that they had them in stock. I told them that I had to have them by Friday and they assure me that they would arrive. Well they arrived like they said but they sent tires to fit a 20" rim! The invoice showed an order for a 315/35/18 and they sent a 315/40/20. When I called they asked me to look for the Nitto sticker to see if Nitto mislabeled them, there were no stickers, only the residue where they use to be. There explanation was that someone must've returned them, Jegs couldn't even check the tire size that is clearly printed on the side of the tire before shipping. If there's no sticker, read the sidewall..how hard is that. Kinda makes me think that they peeled the stickers before shipping so that they could blame it on Nitto. It wouldn't have been a huge deal but I was waiting to order the wheels until I found the tires, once I thought I found the tires from Jegs I ordered the wheels which wouldn't have made it in time for the event so I paid an extra $200 to have the wheels sent overnight shipping. I wouldn't have ordered the wheels if I couldn't have found the tires so I spent an extra $200 for a set up that I couldn't even use thanks the Jegs. At first they offered to cover the return shipping, really!? I asked to speak to a supervisor and get some guy on the phone, I explained what happened and he offered to give me a full refund, pay return shipping, and credit my credit card $100 for the mistake. I settled for that then they call back later to say that they can't give me a $100 credit, instead they could give me a $100 store credit. I already told them that I didn't plan to buy from them again so what good is a $100 credit going to do for me? These guys are a joke, with the internet there are many other places to get automotive parts, I would definitely recommend buying your parts from somewhere else. If my review isn't enough to convince you, just read the other bad experiences from these guys. Horrible experience and they ruined something I had been waiting on and planning for, even took the day off work for NOTHING!"
