Was shipped the wrong product......

"I ordered a coffee pot warmer plate (Just like one that I have previously had) and was surprised to receive a warming burner coil instead. It took two attempts of contact (Both by email) before I was able to explain my problem to a staff member. I was told that I would have to wait until they were able to speak with the distributor to figure out what happened. After a several day wait (Nearly a week)- I finally was told that the distributor no longer had the product that I had ordered and made the call to substitute with a different product. I then asked to receive prepaid postage to return the item as I had no use for it. That part was done very quickly and I placed the item in the mail the very next day. When I finally received my refund- it was only a partial refund and I again had to contact the company to receive my full refund. I was very dis-satisfied with the customer service regarding the second refund as I was never contacted by anyone and just had the refund eventually show up on my card. All in all it took a month from initial purchase to getting my full refund. I would be hesitant in ordering from this company again in the future. I would assume that if the correct product is in stock that all would be fine...but buyer beware if it is not. "

"The product I ordered was out of stock. I found out that quite a few of their products are out of stock and they order it when you order it. It took way too long to get it. Had I known I would have ordered elsewhere. "
