"I placed an order on May 24th, my account was debited on May 25th and today is August 23rd and still no order. After numerous threatening emails to them they have instructed me that they have cancelled my order. I await to see if I get a credit but plan to fight it via my credit card company for good paid but never received. We'll see, I'll update this post of the outcome. Worst company ever!!!!"

"Ditto to all the above posts...these people are despicable scammers. Thank goodness I got fed up soon than some, and still have the possibility of getting my transaction reversed with an affidavit at the bank. I made my order June 14th, my card was charged June 15th, and I've gotten a response from three different people from the company, first saying that unless you specify a date needed it will get there when it gets there, after four weeks of waiting, they said it was all backordered. I call and left messages...just pathetic. I can't even put into words how disgusted I am with these people. I've started a pin on Pinterest and posted on Facebook to circulate the word about these SCAMMERS!They're up to 147 complaints with the New Jersey BBB, with 55 complaints in the last six months that they haven't responded to AT ALL!"
"HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I really wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing from JKM. It would have saved me money and so much hassle. Unfortunately I have had the same experience as other reviewers. I purchased $300 of wright's bias tape on 4/11/12 when they were offering a 30% off sale. My bank card was charged on 4/12/12. Their website stated that they ship in approximately 4 weeks. After not shipping my order on time they informed me items were on back order and would ship end of May early June. Then they said that due to heavy demand in packaging due to their 30% off sale they would mail early July. Early July they then said they could not offer me my already paid for order at 30% off but only at 10% off or issue a store credit. This means I would have to pay more money for the order I already paid for. I asked for a refund, due to the fact that my order was never shipped, but they refused. They also waited until after 90 days from my original purchase to inform me that they refused to ship my order. This meant that I could not dispute the transaction through my bank. I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau to find out that there were already 50 complaints started that they did not respond to. I then contacted the FTC to report their FRAUDULENT business practices. JKM practices unethical business, renege on their product prices, has the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered in my life, and LIE to their customers!!"
"I had no reason to check reviews on this company because I have ordered a couple times over the last few years and never had a problem. However, this time...what a joke. I ordered over $100 of ribbon in early June and inquired in mid July. They said my items would ship at the end of that month. I have emailed twice since, including once when I requested to cancel my order, and they don't even respond. I left a voicemail today, but I certainly don't expect a call back. I only hope that any potential customers check reviews and learn from all of us unfortunate souls. This business is a scam!"
"I've had the same issues as everyone else who's posted -- site says ribbon will be ready in ~3 weeks, emailed inquiry some 4 weeks later, "Oh, it's in production..." same deal until July (ordered in April), when they upped the price again. I thought I might just pay the difference, but after reading these, I think I'll just file a dispute. They are ripping everyone off, it seems."
"This company is a total fraud. They did the same thing to me, as the others described. Took the order, then told me that it would be 3 weeks. This got extended another 3 weeks and then I was told they would not honor the price they charged me and upped the price by 20%! They do not answer the phone. They are absolute crooks. Would only offer a store credit when I told them I would not pay them more. Needless to say, a dispute is filed and I am sure the charge will be reversed, but what a headache. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. "
"I placed an order on 5/14, which included 30% discount. Three weeks later tried to call about status...they don't accept phone calls. Emailed and they put me off another couple weeks. Then said would be here end of June. Now they tell me because of downturn economy withdrawing 30% discount...offering me 10% or a refund. Requested refund today. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. "
"I order $170 worth of ribbon in April 2012. As of July 2012 I have received nothing and my credit card was charged just two days after the purchase. Just ridiculous! They gave me the same song and dance... ribbon is in production and will ship when all quantities are available. After contacting them AGAIN the delay was quoted as a downturn in the market and I would need to pay more money to receive my original order. Are you kidding??? They already took my $$$$$.

I ordered ribbon from them which according to their policy page should have shipped 7-10 days from the date of purchase. Note: My delivery address is located about 20 miles from their location.
Shortly after I placed my order they emailed me stating that they would ship in 4 weeks + approx 1 days.
I immediately cancelled my order.
They said they would refund my payment in 7-10 days. It's now 16 days later and even thought I have NOT gotten my refund they are saying that I have.
I had to file a dispute with my bank.
Worst customer service (or lack of customer service) I have ever experienced in my life!!!"
"HORRIBLE costumer service!! Unbelievable.
Place an order in March, after 3 weeks, and only after I inquired about my order, was I told that it was on backorder, with the promise of delivery in 2 weeks. I needed it to meet a client deadline. Ordered the same product from another website and received shipment in 4 days.
Asked for a refund and they stated that "We already scheduled production of this item and we cannot cancel the order. If you do not state in the order comments the date needed, we ship when available which means if an item is on back order, we keep it open until it ships. Orders can only be cancelled within 1 business day of ordering."
My reply: Your order confirmation email stating the ship time of my order states that it will take “2 1/2 Weeks before we ship + approx. 3 day(s) to get to your area”. It was only after I inquired about the status of my order, 3 weeks later, that I learned that it would be another 2 more weeks. Not once did I get a notification that the ribbon that I requested was on back order. Had I learned that right away, I would have cancelled at that time.
Their response was to copy & paste their sales policy - which is buried on their website. My reply: "So – you’re not going to deviate from your “sales policy” to make a happy customer??"
In which they replied "Thank you for the email inquiry. We supply over 120,000 customers and if we deviated from the sales policy we would be out of business. We have to support the policy to ensure we can continue to supply our customer base." Which basically tells me that all that I am is a number in their eyes.
It is now 8 weeks since I've placed my order and have yet to received anything. I wish that I would have seen these other poor reviews prior to ordering. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!"
"Horrible shipping and customer service. I ordered in February, it is now May and I haven't received the products. After I inquired about the order, I was told that I would receive it by the end of March. It is now May and I have not received the product. They have not given me a delivery date and have refused to give me a refund. I ordered the product from another vendor and received it within a week but JKM said it is on back order. Not sure how they stay in business. "
