"Has anyone, ever recieved their order from this company? It has been 6 weeks since I ordered and they charged my card. I sent them an email and they said it would be another 2-3 weeks until it ships because it is backordered. That conviently puts them just past the 60 days that the credit card company allows for you to do a charge back. I am not that stupid. I am calling my credit card disute department in the morning. I am not taking the chance of getting ripped off by this company."

"I am actually disappointed that I had to give them a star. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Just as the horror stories above, items are on back order and they do allow you to cancel the order. Refer to our policies is their standard response.
They do not let you know when you purchase or even soon after you purchase if a product is not available but you cannot cancel -- in fact they ask you to not even contact them before x amount of weeks have passed.
Will not buy from them again and wanted to make sure and get the word out so others would not have to deal with these people."

Emailed them on the 4th and then they said by the end of the following week
I emailed on the 13th to confirm shipping since I hadn’t received tracking info
April 17th they emailed to say it would ship in the next few days
I emailed to cancel
They refused
Still haven't received shipping information
www.papermart.com is cheaper plus shipped within 2 hours of my order even though I ordered at 4pm (already had a fedex tracking number the very next day)"
"Horrible service! I ordered ribbon for a wedding on Feb 3 and was told it would come in 2 and 1/2 weeks. Three weeks later I emailed them (email is only way to contact them) and was told with weird excuses that the ribbon was on back order and would not come until mid March. I asked to cancel the order or get store credit but they refused. The ribbon finally came five weeks later on April 3. It was frustrating as I thought I allowed plenty of extra time so I could use the ribbon for the wedding, but I was wrong."
"By far the WORST experience I have ever had with online shopping. Similar to the other reviews, it has been a month since I placed my order and I am being told my order will not ship for another 2 weeks as my ribbon was on "backorder". I requested to cancel my order and they again quoted their sales policy which states you have 1 day to cancel an order. this company is a total scam pulling the old "bait and switch". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JKM RIBBON! There are plenty of other suppliers out there!"

"Amen to everyone else. Horrible, horrible company. F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wrote a long and nasty letter about (1) misleading shipping info (2) not notifying me of ADDITIONAL process time for my particular ribbon, (3) not saying on the confirmation email that I only had one day to cancel (4) not notifying that it was on back order (although after reading other reviews, it looks like they were probably lying about that anyway) and (5) demanding a refund and cancellation of my order.
They sent an email saying they are refunding me, but I guess from these other reviews I better just go through my bank for the charge back if i want to see that money again!"
"Can't believe I didn't read any reviews before using this company, which I typically do before purchasing from someone I have never purchased from before. The site states a short shipping date and I paid for expedited shipping. I then received an email stating that it would be 3 1/2 weeks before they shipped it (on top of the 4 days it would take for shipping). Their website states MOST ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN 7-10 DAYS. I requested by order be canceled and they refused. No reason they could not cancel the order. It had only been 5 days. So with almost 2 full weeks before they would even send it out the door, I can't see a reason they could not cancel. Terrible company!"
"I so wish I would have read this review prior to working with this company. I work for a company who ordered a large number of bows since we go though about 500 bows a month I thought this would be the easiest way to obtain them. Boy was I wrong. I placed my order 2 months ago, and still have not seen one single bow. I have tried contacting the company and each time my order is supposed to ship my the end of the week. The have so far refused to issue a refund to our credit card. If anyone out there thinks that it is a good idea to order from this company you are better of learning how to make the bows yourself and hit up a craft store. Save yourself from the hassle of dealing with this company."
"This is the most awful company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their website says that orders ship out in 7-10 business days, which is completely false. A month after placing my order, I still had not received a shipping notification. I emailed customer service once a week for the next 3 weeks, and each time they said my order would be shipping out in 3-4 days.
8 weeks after placing my order, they emailed me to say they did not have what I ordered and agreed to issue me a refund. It's now been 10 days since that email (almost 10 weeks since they charged my credit card) and the refund has yet to show up.
The trim I ordered was for some of our company's most popular products and this set-back has definitely affected our sales. Had they just told me 10 weeks ago that this trim wasn't available, I would have immediately ordered it from another source and not have lost sales due to unavailability.
Avoid this company and save yourself a lot of time and hassle."
