"The shopping experience was OK and the selection was very good. I thought there could have been more distinction between the economy version of the knife I shopped, and the one I actually purchased (same maker, much different quality; not spelled out).
I know this is not your issue per se, but I still have not received my package that was scheduled for the 21st at the latest. I may end up having to ship it myself for it to reach the person I am giving it to, because they have gone home.
None-the-less, I would shop here again.

"I wasn't aware that what I ordered was not in stock. Two days latter I received an email from JL Hufford telling me that it will be two weeks until I receive my items. This means I will not have this for Christmas !! I would have canceled this order, but I was out of town and didn't read this email for two more days. I wish your web site would have mentioned this and warned me!! "

"The service was excellent. Unfortunately, the kettle I ordered arrived in a damaged condition. JL Hufford could not have been nicer in arranging a pick up for the item and quickly resolving the issue. I will definitely order from them again. The damage was not their fault. "

"The only problem I had with JL Hufford is their ETA date. That means they are receiving the product at their warehouse and then shipping it out to you after. So if someone needs the product by a certain time, you can not go by the ETA date on the Web for delivery. Otherwise the price and product is great."
