"The package arrived sooner than expected. Slight problem was that someone had to be home to receive and sign for it or Fedex was going to hold at their distribution facility. Problem is, that facility is over 40 miles away from me and I'm not taking off from work to pick up in their time frame. Total inconvenience and at great cost. However; Ashley the shipping manager at JN EQUIPMENT, did find a solution. She found a remote holding facility for fedex, down the street from where I work, so that I could pick it up the next day, after I got off of work. Now that's working it. Thank you Ashley and JNE! The equipment works fantastic!!"

"The Equipment I ordered from JN Equipment is exactly what I want. Purchasing for a corporation I need to expense the equipment. Dealing with Customer Service trying to get the invoice/receipt is another topic. Called numerous times just to wait on the phone, eventually having someone answer to inform me that I should check my junk and spam mail. I did it's not there! I called back and customer service was more concerned who I spoke with last time (like I remember their name) than simply helping the customer (me) and just sending another receipt! Now I am waiting for them to figure out exactly who sent the first invoice/receipt just to prevent this customer service rep from having to go back into the process of getting me my receipt. Really? is your process that big of a deal?? All while the attitude is not the best. Hey maybe I'm venting here a little but look all i need is my receipt! "
