"7 days after ordering an extreme duty I didn't get a shipped email.
I called JN equipment the following wed and they told me it would be shipped the following friday.Thurday I get a notice on my door saying they missed me?
WTH?I would suggest an upgrade to the email notification's surrounding shipping.
They also advertise this as a heaviEr Classic so it doesn't fly up with higher gpm machines but they ship it with 4gpm nozzles in it and there is nowhere to specify what size nozzles you need during ordering."
