"They advertise 2-4 business days for this item, yet it doesn't ship and you call so they tell to 2-4 business days again and it still doesn't ship. Last time they did this too me I ended up canceling the order after 4 months. This time it is a $1 or $2 item that I cannot do this repair without. Its a little washer with a tab on it, takes no room to stock and costs about nothing for them to order and they can't stock it for some reason so they put a customer through this crap instead. They really don't give a dam about their customers, obviously. If it doesn't ship real soon I will cancel the order and never let them waste my time again."
