"I know that you have some employees that don't have a clue about your/their products.
Ordered a seat that your site confirmed it fits my sporty before I placed the order.

Instead they sent a different Burly Pt No. Daa
They cant read English...even numbers

When I called your phone the person didn't get it.
She claimed it was the right jp pt no. Had to repeat that the jp no. was right but the Burly Brand did not match your no.

I ordered JP pt no. 177-934 diamond two-up seat Burly pt no. B13-2110.
You sent Burly Brand pt no. B13-2104 which is WRONG.

I sent the wrong seat back to you on 6/5/2015.

Please expedite!

If you expect me to order in the future, please get that B13-2110 seat to me pronto!
