"Oreder was placed on 20th of March and shipped on 23rd at the time of choosing shipping mode I selected express and it clearly said delivers within 3-5days. So if shipped on 23rd it should of reached me by 26th or 28th latest. But finally my product has arrived today on 31/3/15 that also in the second half of the day.
I was extremely disappointed , because of this delay I had to miss a wonderful ride.
I hope next time onwards care is taken to ensure timely delivery.
At the time of check out there was no mention of any duty to paid at the time of delivery, I was surprised to note this. I suggest please put a note at the time of check out so that the customer is not taken by surprise at the last moment. I was lucky to be carrying some extra money today."
