"have not received order according to thank you e-mail they are waiting on vendor to deliver seems a little extreme to me to have to wait so long and not let the customer know anything, seems that by this time you could have offered a similar item that would have filled the bill but I guess that was not a management thought so it doesn't count, up to now you guys have been right on so maybe I have been just lucky, if I have not seen any action by end of day I will stop defending you when people start bad mouthing you,in addition to because I"m seeing most of jp responses are the same when I ordered the helmet it said and I quote" in stock will ship in one to two days" so there was no misunderstanding I took you for your word, and if there is a vendor problem I can relate, I just want to know these things happen do not push it back on me like I can"t read, I just want to be informed not ignored, and if the reason does not make sense then we can talk about that when it happens."
