"Except for my most recent purchase J&R has always provided stellar service. My most recent purchase was a Tivo Stream, which took a bit over a month for delivery. Apparently, they were backordered, however other websites seemed to have them in stock. That said, I'd without hesitation recommend J&R to anyone. Unlike some other retailers in the NY area, they won't call you after the sale to try and up-sell you with worthless add-ons, insurance, or warranties."
