"We were pleasantly surprised to find out about J&R Jr. and it was cool to know that if we had any other shopping needs besides our car seat that it would be convenient to buy them. There wasn't a huge selection of car seats at the store, but the brands there were good (Britax and Maxi Cosi). At the moment we were unable to install our car seat in our car because we don't have anchors, so I do wish the representative would've asked us more questions to make sure we were purchasing the car seat. Hopefully the return/exchange will be no hassle."

"My original order from J&R Music and Computer World was delivered on time. I received the Fractal Design XL R2 tower and was initially happy. That was until I noticed the entire front panel assembly was loose on the top right and bottom right side. After further investigation, I found that 2 of the plastic clips that hold the front panel in place were actually broken. It is my assumption that this happened at the manufacturer because there was no damage to the box. That being said, I do not hold J&R responsible for this failure. However, I do feel that it is necessary to warn others about J&R's return/exchange policy. They require that you actually pack the entire computer case inside of the original box, and then put that box into ANOTHER BOX and ship it back to them! This is a total pain and no other retailer has required this in my online shopping experiences. On top of that, I have had to call multiple times to get updates on the status of my exchange. They have not emailed or notified me about anything after their initial email that contained the return label. I have had to do all the follow ups. I was told on the phone yesterday that the exhange would be expedited as a "Rush". I called today and was told that it "could be today" or it "could be Monday" before they ship it out and then up to 5-7 days until I receive the replacement. That doesn't sound like a "Rush" to me. So now as a result of all that has happened, my computer build will be on hold for a couple of weeks from the time I originally received the first damaged case. J&R should really reconsider their exchange policy in cases like this. No pun intended."
