"Bought pump/reservoir from Jab Tech they have listed as the newer model but they sent me the older version that is known for leak issues. Their support email address bounced back. After going through the manufacturer I could finally get hold of them. Jab Tech told me that they will return it only if it was not installed on the computer (they know I did install it as I sent the manufacturer the pictures of it installed to show them that I got the defective/recalled version). Jab tech told the manufacturer that I have submitted a support ticket on their system and that they have responded to me within 4 hours! None of that happened, I did not submit any support ticket and they never sent me an email. I pretty much wasted $130 and a lot of time dealing with this seller. Never again!"
"This is my first dealing with Jab-Tech. After looking over their prices and talking with them about the shipping cost (to Canada), I took the plunge and placed my first order. They discounted the shipping cost, gave me a discount on a few of the products (bulk discount), and their customer support/communication was outstanding. The shipment took just over a week to arrive (it was awaiting to be reviewed by Canadian customs for a few days) with USPS priority shipping (NEVER ship anything from the US with Fedex/UPS ground or you will be charged an extremely large brokerage fee) and was well packed.
There's really only a few options here in Canada for watercooling components and when you can't find inventory or a good price, you really need to look elsewhere and Jab-Tech was a welcomed surprise. I highly recommend them to my fellow canucks. Besides tax (only against the value of the order), the $9.95 processing fee by customs is the only added charge that you can expect for watercooling supplies. Even with the added $9.95 and the increased shipping cost, you'll find that it's still much cheaper than a local shop if you're ordering several items."
"I purchased 10 feet of PrimoFlex ProLRT White 7/16" ID x 5/8" OD tubing and I was shipped 3/8" ID x 5/8" OD tubing. On Sunday, January 22nd I e-mailed them and within 2 hours I had an email back from John asking for a picture of what was sent to me. I obliged and was again contacted extremely fast being told that I was indeed sent the wrong tubing. John personally packed and shipped the correct tubing out to me on the next business day free of charge and even let me keep the incorrect tubing!
I'd happily recommend this company to anyone. This isn't my first purchase from them by any means, but is the first time I've had a small hiccup with my order (not bad considering I've done over 10 orders with them). They went above and beyond to correct their mistake and for that I thank them."

I then emailed for a number and John basically told me the number and then proceeded to tell me he wouldn't answer if I called... HUH?!? How does that work? I tried to work something out by email but John didn't believe it was defective and made my life difficult. " I would like to say first that their prices are great! I got two Ultra Kaze fans for around 9$ each and a nice fan controller. Also shipping wasn't to bad, better then others. However they typed my address wrong on FedEx so now they can't deliver it to me and I have had to go through hoops to get the address straight for my package. It was suppose to come today but I want get it until Monday now because of this, and the only time I had to install these fans is over the weekend so now I will have to wait.
When I contacted Jab-Tech all they said was that they tried typing in my apartment number but FedEx's website wouldn't take it. I have had plenty of other companies use FedEx and I have yet to have this issue with any other company (Frozen CPU, Amazon, People off of Ebay). Makes me wonder what kind of person works in shipping at Jab-Tech.

"I selected (and paid)for USPS Priority for two Yate Loon fans and it was shipped via FedEx Ground. I submitted a ticket and was basically told "FedEx is faster and is insured so too bad". I expected it to arrive either the day before or the day after Christmas day because USPS Priority only takes 2-3 days, yet Jab-Tech claims that it takes an average of 5 days because of the holiday period. I found that absurd because I personally shipped an item from NY to California and it only took 2 days despite being close to Christmas.
Also, they shipped using FedEx Ground which is mainly to business addresses. The package arrived 8 days after the order date, and also after 2 phone calls from FedEx to ask for a detailed resident address.
I'm not giving Jab-Tech my business anymore, they don't care about their customers as long as they have your money. When ordering, be sure to select the absolute cheapest option for shipping because they're probably just going to ship it using whatever carrier they want, so why give them more money?"
"The best experience I've had in 15 years of shopping online. In the middle of a Christmas week, I submitted an order at 4:00 PM. Thirty minutes later, my order was shipped and I had a tracking number. The ETA was in next day, even though I selected UPS Ground. I received it around noon the next day. OK to TX is quick, but it was only this quick because the seller was so on top of things. I'm sold for life and I'll always visit Jab-Tech FIRST for PC cooling parts. I am VERY impressed. A++"
