"I ordered a part for a weed eater a month ago and still waiting for the part. They have told me it is a vendor issue."

"After waiting a month, I emailed and then called Jack's customer service line. They told me that these kind of parts are manufactured in China after the order is received and the wait could be 6 weeks to 6 months. I suspect the shipment from China is not made until enough orders are received to keep shipping costs down. Jack misrepresent the availability and delivery time for its parts and I advise others to think twice before ordering anything from Jacks."
