"I had to order two small parts for the front wheel drive on my Snapper High Wheel mower! One was a retaining ring and the other a Pin! After six weeks and getting updates from Jack's I finally went ahead and cancelled the Pin that was on back order from the manufacturer and getting them to send the retaining ring ahead, I made my own Pin that goes through the axle and holds the drive in place!
I know it's not Jack's fault for the part not being delivered in a timely manner. To bad something like that can't be verified before your payment goes through so it doesn't have to be refunded!

Amazzonlying finding new origional linkage so easy for durable mower that has had simple mantainance for 35years. Only part I have to buy besides this linkage was Ignition control unit 10 years ago, were general items gas, oil, battery, belts.spark plugs, and tires etc. Thank You shipping parts so quickly mower was only down 9 days."

And i had to Cancel the so called back-order that is really a Pre-Order since they Knew they did not have it at the time of sale
