"Called looking for parts that they are the only authorized dealer for. I found out the part numbers were incorrect and after making several phone calls and getting the correct numbers they were ordered. I was told parts would be available for ship when they got them from the manufacture on a certain date. That date has come and gone. No one has reached out, only get an email days after saying sorry "still waiting on manufacture". Then I get a "rate us email"..."
