I am now trying to place an even larger order and the website is allowing me to complete the order. Its saying country code doesn't match although US is indeed selected. Upon attempting to call the order in to the local NYC store, they are unable too ship the items to Illinois as I requested. They confirmed they had the items for pick up, which I am going to have to pack up & ship out myself. Then they said they have to check if they have the items. Obviously this is unclear and frustrating.
If the customer service could match the selection of goods this would be an amazing store! Please help!
