"I LOVE the particular product I purchased. I've bought it before from here and have had other event planners, florists and even clients buy it from here as well, for their events.
I was excited to order it again. I can't find it anywhere else and I feel it's a little extra special touch I can provide because of that.
The person I spoke to on the phone this last time was the worst customer service agent ever. I could hear kids and animals in the background. He started talking to someone else in the room while I was talking to him. He kept saying Mmmhmmm in the wrong moments, when there was no pause, leading me to believe he wasn't even listening. And he literally sighed heavily and put the phone down when I asked to place my order over the phone because I was having trouble online. When he came back on the phone his response was 'What is it?" I stayed polite and upbeat and even complimented the product to try and turn his attitude around. But to no avail. Then, since the shipping charges are absurd, I politely asked about any discounts or specials as a return customer and he said with disgust (as if I insulted him) they don't offer anything. Disappointing, but ok. All I can do is ask (even though at this point I just wanted to hang up- but I convinced my client this product was for her, so I was stuck). Fine, except that days later a came across a deal from them. I have not bought anything from them for any event since, nor have I recommended them to anyone else in the industry or to a client. Not sure that I ever will."
