"Jasper started off great. But unfortunately someone who pulls parts for shipment cant read and sent me the incorrect part number. Since they cant read, im paying $70 to write this review. (thats how much the part costs) I ordered on 12/14/19 and here we are on 1/17/20. They refused to ship me a replacement part until they showed the return part scanned into the usps system. Well , you guessed it, USPS never scanned it into the system and there is no trace of the package that i sent back.

It is JASPER'S fault for shipping me the incorrect part number in the first place. They would not make it right. You can do business with them, just hope that they fired the guy who cant read. "
