"Horrible. I purchased a wall safe and received it fast. After unboxing had to use a small screwdriver pry bar to open and found out safe door wasn't hinged correctly and caused the door to be misaligned. Contacted JBTools via email and it took 5 days to respond. After sending numerous pics to show the issue, Julie their customer service rep said since I pried it open the safe was damaged and there for unreturnable. The safe is made out of 1/8" plate steel making it impossible to damage with a screwdriver. I sent Julie more pics of the safe to show there was no damage and didn't receive a response. This has been going on for 2 1/2 weeks and I still have an unusable safe with no resolve. I would advise you to purchase from another supplier. Forget their no hassle return policy, they don't honor it. Their Customer Service ****. If Julie is the best they can do, they will continually lose customers. I have to file a complaint with the BBB and post on as many online sites as possible my experience with them (Julie) so other consumers aren't subjected to this treatment. My email chain with Julie will be posted soon and made available so everyone can see how unbelievable and idiotic this situation was. Rick C."

"When I placed an order on 3/28, there was plenty of stock indicated on the website to accommodate my order. Then 2-days later I received an email that "confirmed" my order has shipped with a tracking number. After 2-more days, I noticed the tracking still showed UPS didn't have the package in their possession. There is no phone number for JB Tools, so I submitted an inquiry message on their website and also emailed them directly. Then, 5-days after placing the order, they responded and told me that my order could not be fulfilled and proceeded to cancel the order. Apparently their inventory system is wildly inaccurate and their ordering/fulfillment system is so defunct that it will claim your order has shipped when it hasn't. Then, they rely on customers noticing the tracking hasn't showed any progress, to reach out to them to diagnose issues inherent within their order management system. The person who responded to my email then made up a fake excuse accusing the "government" of interfering with my order. Ridiculous.
This was absolutely unacceptable and put me in a terrible position, without the supplies I was relying on. I will never use JB Tools again and would caution anyone from using them."
