Then got an email from pay-pal saying jem jem provided a USPS tracking number. Again, no record. After repeated calls and lies, nice oriental girls telling me so sorry..you'll receive item in 48 to 72 hrs..or "no, we haven't shipped yet but we're giving you expedited shipping free". Today is 7/13 and I've cancelled the order with someone named Christine, who could not provide a cancellation conf. # but assures me I'll get a cancellation email in "48 to 72 hrs." HA!! What a joke. I contacted Amex and have begun the dispute process. In over 20yrs. with Amex I've never been disappointed in their results"

"When I received my phone, I discoverd that it had a blocked IMEI. After some research and speaking with my carrier (who had me purchase a new SIM as they thought that might be the problem), I learned that it had been reported stolen. I had to wait until Monday (I received it Friday afternoon) to speak with someone as they are not open on the weekends. I waited over 75 minutes for someone to answer my chat message. Borrowed a phone and called. Waited 55 minutes on hold. Both answered around the same time. I was told they would refund or exchange but would have to wait until the new one was received. so, I'm without a phone for another 2 weeks because they sold a stolen phone.
Update: Still no phone18 days after original purchase. I was supposed to have expedited return, processing, and shipping of new phone. Just spoke to someone (after calling back when I was hung up on when I asked to speak to a manager), and was told that it would be at least another 3 days. the only thing expedited in this transaction was their processing of my original payment. That was instantaneous, of course."
