"I ordered an MacBook on a Sunday morning Eastern Time and paid for 3 day shipping. On the UPS website it describes 3 day shipping as 3 business days arriving on the third business day. With that in mind I expected the gift I had ordered to arrive on Wednesday. JemJem stated they process orders within 24 hours however they did not ship my item until 5:15 p.m. Pacific time which is more than 24 hours from when I ordered it. Based on it being after 5 o'clock it pushed the business day to Thursday and my gift did not come on time for the birthday it was intended. When contacting jemjem hey insisted that everything was working on time they insisted that everything was right on track, not addressing my concern, nor apologizing ( until I made it known that they had not even said sorry after multiple exchanges). They did not offer to refund me the expedited shipping cost or any other solution to the situation. I have ordered online items from numerous different websites including discount websites similar to them and had never experienced such poor customer service with lack of resolve."

"I am very dissatisfied since the service is very slow: first my payment has been blocked for a couple of days, for no reason, for alleged "fraud suspicion" . Then, the shipping was delayed because of a "lack of stock". And now that the Iphone is supposed to be shipped and on its way to my place I cannot track online the package since no information is provided on Usps using the tracking number that Jem Jem provided me. Finally, I asked Jem Jem client support about a way to track the package since the tracking number does not work and I have still not received a reponses. "
