"One week ago, I purchased an unlocked iPhone 5c from JemJem. When it arrived, the phone did not charge because the charger plug was defective. I had to use a friends charger. I did notify JemJem and they promised to send a replacement; the replacement has not arrived yet. When I tried to activate phone through Straight talk, I could not get it activated(cost of activation kit $63). I took the iPhone to AT&T and they likewise could not activate phone. I proceeded to call customer service and was placed on hold for an hour; customer service finally did not answer, but did cut off call. When I got home, I was able to leave a message with customer service of JemJem, and was sent a UPS return sticker. I promptly sent the phone back. Now , I am waiting for a replacement phone. I need to wait a week for UPS ground to arrive, and then for JEM to send me the replacement iPhone 5c. I am without a phone in the mean time."

"i placed the order thinking I was going to get the phone I wanted. But after a couple of days I get an email stating that my money was going to be refunded. Due to the phones being sold out. I just wished that the website would have updated its product being sold out and what was not. In the email I received it stated that my money was going to be put back into my account in three business days and now it's going on two weeks that my money was refunded. I finally received my money yesterday which was 6/17/15. Not sure if it was my bank or the website, which was fine. I just hope u can updated ur product availability each week so this doesn't happen again. I think this is an awesome to purchase from. I've been completely satisfied in the past with everything I've purchased.
I've recommended this site to everyone I know and I will continue to recommend this to everyone in the future. Just please don't let this happened again.

"The package was too big to fit in my mailbox, and instead of putting it by my door (or something similar) the mail person left it on my fence. It could have easily fallen or been stolen. It was rained on, although it does not appear the rain damaged the ipad. Perhaps JemJem should use a different shipping method or indicate the package should be delivered to the door if it doesn't fit in the mailbox."

"The email I received had the wrong order number and the shipping tracking number did not work and then after a week when I called to find out what was going on I was told that the phone was back ordered and that apparently they tried contacting me via phone and email but could not get through. I mean how is it possible that they couldn't get through to either. I am highly disappointed as I was going to take this overseas "
