"After receiving a shipping notice with no tracking updates, and not being able to reach them by phone, I finally got an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I wrote back asking for an explanation. Meanwhile I purchased an iPad elsewhere. Today I got an email that they were shipping my iPad tomorrow. I have asked them to REALLY cancel the order as I do not want it now, and to refund my money.
I am so disappointed, as I really wanted to like this company.
This is a serious breach of good customer service, and I hope they will repair their customer service issues. I also hope they straighten out my account and I receive a refund quickly. "
