"Updated: The company never did send me an updated shipping notice until a few hours before the product arrived safely at my house. But the iPhone I got was in near-perfect shape. I would rate them as a really good company with an absolutely awful shipping department. Company sent fake shipping notice for an item never shipped, lied about progress, and finally admitted they lied about the item even being in stock.
They promised to ship out a replacement order on Friday the 15th and guarantteed a real shipment notice by Friday night. But as of Sunday there is no notice, my account with them shows the order shipped a week ago and my credit card was charged a week ago.
Liars, crooks and criminals. As of Monday, both PayPal and my credit card company with be getting a fraud complaint a along with the USPS.

Within just five hours, they emailed to tell me that the package was SHIPPED and provided a UPS tracking number. I was very impressed. Tuesday, May 12: The tracking result ("Order Processed: Ready for UPS") was never updated for more than 24 hours. Suspicion seeped in, and I began to read their customer reviews on ResellerRatings.com, which I had just skimmed before ordering. Now all the one-star reviews made much more sense to me, many of them referring to the mystery of never-updated tracking results. Wednesday, May 13: My suspicion turned into a firm belief. At night I emailed them and said, "I want to cancel my order if you don't have the product." Thursday, May 14: In the afternoon they emailed back, very curtly, admitting that the product was on backorder. They refunded me promptly.
Judging from the number of similar negative reviews and the matter-of-fact response from the customer service, my experience probably was not an isolated event, but an example of how they routinely "ship" products that they don't have yet. This is an insult on the entire industry that has grown on mutual trust between people who have never seen each other, and I have no idea why high-profile vendors such as BestBuy and NewEgg are still affiliated with this company."
