Cause I bought a crossbar from Devil subaru at the same time(at San Jose, CA), they used USPS, the package lost tracking after the possession. And it's a nightmare to conmunicate with their customer service. They let me to check with USPS said they have no control after ship out the product. I have to talk with my credit card company to get the refund.

"I ordered two rims for my Subaru 2019 Impreza. The ordering process went great but I got a message that an email confirmation would be sent to me on my email. I did not get any emails; I checked my spam and junk folders but nothing was there. I called the store and they did confirm my order, but could not help me with the email confirmation, shipping status, and tracking because they did not have much information about online operations. I wrote to the email address provided on the website but received no response. I was starting to have doubts about the legitimacy of the operation after my card got charged but not for long because the product was delivered to my doorsteps very soon after that. Overall, great job with shipping and product quality but prompt response by the online operations could have made the experience much nicer. "
"I had a terrible experience buying a roof rack from them online. The product description was deceptive as what I received was not new but rather used and broken. They are unwilling to own up their mistakes and arrange for the item to be returned. Their expectation is that I pay for Wyatt they broke. Since I'm out of state it seems their practice was to unload a used item since the return would be too much of a hassle. I would not but from them again."
