Charges for parts they don’t have!

"Had to call multiple times. Charged my credit card immediately for parts that are backordered but that they advertise as being in stock. Unknown on when and if parts will arrive but wouldn’t take the charge off my card until the part ships. I had to request that the other parts they were holding and in stock be shipped out without the back ordered part multiple times. Still waiting…"

Zero help with returns.

"Bough some floor mats and seat back protectors from the site. Mats were great but the site’s featured picture of the seat protector was for the part I needed, but not the part they were selling (needed a third row bench back protector, part was second row bench).
Tried emailing to figure out an exchange, calling. One person said they’d look into it and get back, never did. The next guy referred me to simple parts - the place that runs their online shop - no contact info, just told me to google it. Again, was referred BACK to Jenkins Subaru, and again, no help. Don’t waste your time with parts - service after sale is abysmal.

No response after 5 emails

"After ordering, I sent an email to check if it was received, no response. Waited 2 days, sent another 2. Nothing. Called Jenkins Subaru parts dept, they said they had nothing to do with the website and I have to get in touch with them. I sent another email, still nothing. My last email said to cancel and I bought another elsewhere. I contacted Subaru customer advocacy and they gave me a refund for the issue. Jenkins Subaru are awful. Zero customer service. The parts dept person was just rude and didn’t want to bother. Awful experience. I’d give negative stats if it could. "

Loved the price, but there were problems...

"Thought that I was saving a few bucks, but despite my many phone calls with an order problem inquiry, no one from any dept ever called me back. I'm still waiting for a shipping refund from a code for free shipping that didn't work when I ordered. Their site and ordering is managed by a third party which isn't allowed to talk to customers. The dealer says they can't do anything about a website issue because they don't run that...so the customer is left holding the bag. I hope that they refund the $20 that they said that they would. I'll be shopping at my local dealer from now on. "
