"I have shopped with Jerry's for quite some time, and most of the time, am very satisfied. Especially my watercolor paper, always comes in perfect condition, and is packaged so well. I've ordered a couple of pieces of equipment,(paper cutter, and table easel) that weren't quite what I expected, the cutter not being quite perfect, and the easel varnish having a serious odor. I didn't return those items, so that's my responsibility, but for the most part, my experience has been very good!! "

"I ordered online March 11 and got the confirmation email fast. It says "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order" which I haven't got yet. I live in Europe and have been shopping a lot from US so I know shipping can take more than a month but that's not what concerns me. It's just that I don't even know if my items has been packed yet. I sent a couple of emails but still no reply. My email address (not the same as my account here) is not the typical spam address so it's unlikely my emails have got stuck in a spam filter. I expect that they would have contacted me by now if there was a problem with my order. Almost four weeks have passed and all I got so far is total silence.
Edit after reply from Jerry's: The phone number I gave Jerry's was correct and no call from them is registered on my phone. And still no email. That means I waited a month unaware that my order had been cancelled. One shouldn't have to write here to get informed."
