Excellent provider, but, a challenge to do better

"Jerry's name brand art supplies, pricing and customer service are great. However, I would like to see the quality of open frame construction improved. My latest order of prefinished panels went great. However, I received several picture frames on a previous order where the corners didn't quitle line up, and one where there was an actual gap. I did my own repairs to them because I didn't have time to re-0rder them."
