"I am very pleased with the Lukas watercolors, but the packaging was not well done. Although there was A LOT of bubble wrap and inflated plastic "pillows", the contents were loose in the box, and the corners of two pads of Bristol paper were bent. I can't use them for finished work, but given the low price, I will cut down papers or use them for practice sheets. "

"How about a negative review! I ordered the required namount of Gamblin oils to receive a free torrit gray. I got a notice saying it was back ordered and I opted to have the order helt until complete. Quite some time later I received an email saying the torrit gray was cancelled and the order had been shipped. If given prior notice I would have cancelled the oil and ordered from another source that has the free torrit gray offer. I did call and expressed my displeasure and left a phone number but no one called back. Bad business!!"
