"The online shop gave me a few fits but generally okay. One marker received is defective. It has no color. Prices were great. Woukd have liked ahipping to be as fast as Amazon but maybe Im dreaming. Overall quite satisfied save for need replacement marker."

"Merchandise always arrives on time and in very good condition, have never had to return anything because it wasn't as ordered, or because it was damaged or defective. My only negative is that their website is extremely slow, placing an order can be tedious."
