"Received a shipment of Acrylic paint, and one of the 8oz bottles had leaked due to a cracked lid. I contacted Jerry's and had a replacement within a week."

"I was pleased with the site and service. I took one star off because one of the markers was dry and one off-color. I am very pleased with the others. I chose not to return the two as it is just one of those things. It happens!

"I ordered three large tablets of bristol vellum paper. It was packaged so well that it could have been dropped from the top of a skyscraper without damage. Undamaged paper is of great importance to an artist - especially one using graphite.

The order came very quickly, and the price was great.
